The evening looks brighter 

The moon appears in glee 

The stars shine down 

Angels appear to sing 

It is a prominent evening 

It is the new year eve

With the new year coming 

Taking to newer ideas fresh

And happy thoughts from the beginning 

Of the new year to begin.

Take what life offers us  As a new hope  For, the boat of life  Gives us just the knee length place  To sail in the deep river of joy.
